MaCRA is an alliance of Missouri's municipal and county government employees who are charged with building resilience for their communities. We are housed in a variety of departments from public works to parks and rec, but all of us share a commitment to sustainability, affordability, economic stability and resilience for our communities. We ensure that local voices inform policy decisions that affect as all and support each other on key issues by sharing strategies and resources.

During our inaugural year, membership in MaCRA is free and we are committed to keeping it accessible to employees who work on sustainability and resilience in every town, city, and county in Missouri.
